He is trained in the latest Therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, manipulation, Gait and sports training/conditioning, and vestibular rehab. Nick is certified in Trigger point Dry needling. Nick is an Avid Professional bodybuilder and has worked with professional football and professional baseball teams in his career. Noah earned his Master's degree at Northern Arizona University's Physical Therapy program and has been practicing in the Valley since 1997. He has worked in many rehabilitation environments including neurologic, aquatic, and outpatient orthopedic care. Noah was named Mesa General Hospital's "Employee of the Year" in 1999. He enjoys working with spine and joint patients and focusing on restoring functional mobility and strength while always incorporating patient education. A musician that started on cello as a young age - he can play just about anything with stings on it. He is an Arizona native, and lives in Chandler with his wife and three sons.

Dallas has been a practicing outpatient therapist in the East Valley since 1994 and has worked with a wide-variety of orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular rehab patients. A hands-on clinician, he is an effective manual therapist who uses progressive therapeutic exercise programs to help patients attain their individualized goals. A native of Canada, he still plays rec league hockey and enjoys camping excursions with his family. He lives in Tempe with his wife and two sons.

Matt Sparrow is a Tucson native with 24 years experience in physical therapy. He has worked in a wide variety of physical therapy settings including owning his own practice here in Tucson for 17 years. Matt relies on the most evidence-based manual techniques and therapeutic exercise to help all his patients achieve their best level of function. He is also certified in dry needling of the lower quarter. Matt enjoys weightlifting, hiking and cardiovascular exercise in his free time, as well as travel and leisure when possible. Tawna earned her degree at Gateway Community College and has been practicing as Physical Therapist Assistant since 2014. She has an expansive range of experience in acute rehabilitation, sub-acute rehabilitation, home health and outpatient settings. Prior to her career in physical therapy, Tawna had a career in personal training, where she learned the importance of maintaining physical fitness and personal wellness. Tawna effectively utilizes hands on techniques and progressive exercises and activities to help her patients by increasing their function and, therefore, their ability to participate in their daily lives and pursue leisure activities. A longtime resident of Gilbert, Tawna enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and grandchildren as well as fitness and endurance cycling.

Yadira, better know by Yaya, graduated from the Physical Therapy Assistant program from Pima Medical Institute in 2020 . Yadira is trained in Manual therapy, Cupping, Therapeutic exercise, gait, Sport training/Conditioning and has a special interest in working with Pediatrics. Yadira has a large Skill set which allows great outcomes for all her patients. Being from Nogales, Arizona Yadira is Bi-Lingual and enjoys treating patients in Southern Arizona. As an active person, Yadira enjoys spending time with her family as well as hiking, traveling and off-roading with her future husband. Yadira is excited to be Part of the Contact Physical Therapy team and make Contact the leading provider for Physical Therapy in Tucson.

Samer was born and raised in The Detroit Metro area. He attended Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, and earned his Bachelors in Health Sciences. He then went on to earn His Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. Samer specializes in Trigger Point Dry Needling, Cupping, IASTYM, Spinal Manipulation, Vertigo, TMJ, and Sports/Recovery Therapy. In his spare time Samer enjoys exercising, playing music, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his two beautiful daughters. Samer is a former Gymnast of 14 years and qualified for 6 junior Olympics, as well as The Pan-Arab Games, where he represented his home country of Lebanon. Samer is excited to be a member of Team Contact and providing the best Physical Therapy Care in Tucson.

Karina Flores was born and raised in Southern California near the beach. Karina graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 2022 and is now a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has 8 years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and has competed in two CrossFit competitions. Her main goal is getting patients back to their functional lifestyle to improve overall quality of life. Karina’s specialties include IASTM, ART, cupping, strength and conditioning , and return to sport training. Karina enjoys traveling to tropical places, CrossFit, and spending time with her family.

Morgan graduated from The California University of Pennsylvania, earning her Physical Therapist Assistant Degree in 2019. She later moved to Tucson, Arizona and has been working as a PTA for over 4 years. Morgan is trained in Manual therapy, including Graston techniques and Cupping, Kinesio Tape application, and therapeutic exercise. Her hobbies include hiking, visiting National Parks, spending time with her husband Collin and their two dogs, and cheering on Penn State and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Caleb Lynch is a licensed and practicing Doctor of Physical Therapy at Contact Physical Therapy. Caleb’s education includes a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology and Doctoral of Physical Therapy from Wingate University. Caleb has 5 plus years of experience in all PT settings with an emphasis on musculoskeletal conditions, post concussive rehab and return to sport for soccer, volleyball and football players. Caleb has additional Certifications in Dry Needling of both upper and lower body and phase 1 certification in Spinal Manipulation techniques. Physical Therapy is a large part of his life and helped him meet his Fiancée Karina, and has helped them build a home for their 3 dogs. He also loves a very active lifestyle during the week playing soccer, rock climbing and lifting weights. Caleb’s ultimate goal as a therapist is to always strive to be better and to never be afraid to try new treatment techniques so that he can assist all patients that he sees.
